Added saving and loading of high score table.
F7 on title screen will save the high score table to disk; table is auto-loaded from disk when the game boots up.
NB: this will also work with the .crt version. With an emulator, just need to mount a disk image before running the game (high-score table is auto-loaded on game start). With a real C64, a mounted disk image on a sd2iec, or a real C1541 with a floppy disk, should also work fine.

Does HighScore saving work for CRT version
Yes, as long as you have a floppy disk image mounted (if you're using an emulator). I've tested it with VICE and it works fine. Just have to mount the disk image first when booting the game as it auto-loads the high-score table then.
For a real C64 should also work with a mounted disk image via a sd2iec, or a 1541 with a real disk.
